Requirements

- Confidence in managing competing priorities and complex decision-making
- Ability to use data and performance insights to drive operational improvements
- Strong relationship building and influencing skills
- Commitment to customer outcomes and regulatory compliance
Responsibilities
- Leading, coaching, and developing high-performing Financial Crime teams
- Driving operational excellence across anti-money laundering and financial crime processes
- Providing guidance and support on complex investigations, escalations, and high-risk cases
- Building capability through effective performance management, coaching, training, and career development
- Partnering with risk, product, controls, and operational stakeholders
- Monitoring operational performance, service levels, capacity, and demand
- Contributing to a strong risk and control environment
