Requirements

  • Foundational understanding of operational workflows, data interpretation, and client support models
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Experience in healthcare technology or RCM industry
  • Knowledge of hospital revenue cycle processes, insurance billing, and reimbursement
  • Experience working at the intersection of operations and client-facing functions

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary operational point of contact for assigned client accounts
  • Develop a working understanding of client contracts, workflows, and service-line scope
  • Support the interpretation of operational data and trends for client-facing discussions
  • Lead or participate in client meetings and operational reviews
  • Assist in identifying operational risks and opportunities for improvement
  • Monitor operational performance indicators to identify potential concerns
  • Support root cause analysis and develop action plans for issue resolution
  • Prepare monthly operational reviews and reporting packages
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support smooth client transitions
  • Ensure accurate documentation of client interactions in CRM
