Responsibilities
- Manage office activities and coordinate calendars, group events, meetings, and conference calls.
- Maintain office supplies and materials.
- Coordinate office location needs and subcontractor access.
- Support manufacturing excellence training via event coordination and content management.
- Maintain Advance Analytics Center SharePoint site and IPTV content.
- Coordinate new vendor creation and manage purchase requisitions.
- Screen telephone calls and office visitors.
- Process expense reports via online system.
- Maintain advanced analytics platforms and user-group lists.
