Responsibilities

  • Manage office activities and coordinate calendars, group events, meetings, and conference calls.
  • Maintain office supplies and materials.
  • Coordinate office location needs and subcontractor access.
  • Support manufacturing excellence training via event coordination and content management.
  • Maintain Advance Analytics Center SharePoint site and IPTV content.
  • Coordinate new vendor creation and manage purchase requisitions.
  • Screen telephone calls and office visitors.
  • Process expense reports via online system.
  • Maintain advanced analytics platforms and user-group lists.
