  • Working knowledge of systems used within the MSCC
  • Ability to think critically

Responsibilities

  • Handle member inquiries regarding facilities, web support, ID cards, and complaints.
  • Manage inquiries related to eligibility, benefits, and premium billing.
  • Represent the health plan by answering and documenting all incoming contacts.
  • Initiate contact with internal personnel to resolve concerns.
  • Evaluate data to determine the appropriate course of action for complaints.
  • Meet department performance guarantees such as call handling and first call resolution.
  • Maintain privacy and confidentiality of member information.
