- Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of systems used within the MSCC
- Ability to think critically
Responsibilities
- Handle member inquiries regarding facilities, web support, ID cards, and complaints.
- Manage inquiries related to eligibility, benefits, and premium billing.
- Represent the health plan by answering and documenting all incoming contacts.
- Initiate contact with internal personnel to resolve concerns.
- Evaluate data to determine the appropriate course of action for complaints.
- Meet department performance guarantees such as call handling and first call resolution.
- Maintain privacy and confidentiality of member information.
