Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in account management, sales, or a related field.
- Experience within the technology or SaaS industry preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs and build relationships.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Strong Salesforce skills.
- Familiarity with Clari or related software is a plus.
- Understanding of integration solutions or related technology is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to assess needs and identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Provide expert guidance on how solutions address customer challenges.
- Act as a customer advocate within the company to champion success stories.
- Manage the contract renewal process to ensure high retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams like Customer Success, Product, Support, and Finance.
- Maintain accurate account records and track metrics in Salesforce and Clari.
- Deliver on assigned net-new revenue, retention, and churn goals.
