Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in account management, sales, or a related field.
  • Experience within the technology or SaaS industry preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs and build relationships.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Strong Salesforce skills.
  • Familiarity with Clari or related software is a plus.
  • Understanding of integration solutions or related technology is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to assess needs and identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Provide expert guidance on how solutions address customer challenges.
  • Act as a customer advocate within the company to champion success stories.
  • Manage the contract renewal process to ensure high retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams like Customer Success, Product, Support, and Finance.
  • Maintain accurate account records and track metrics in Salesforce and Clari.
  • Deliver on assigned net-new revenue, retention, and churn goals.
