Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology, Social Science/Sociology, Marketing or equivalent.
- Fresh graduate with Recruitment immersion from a BPO or Shared Services.
- Proficient in using MS Tools (MS Word, MS Excel & MS PowerPoint).
- Good understanding of Sourcing & Recruitment processes.
- Excellent level of proficiency in English communication, both written and verbal.
- Excellent time management skills with a strong sense of urgency.
- High energy, team orientated.
- Precise, accurate, attention to detail.
- High learning aptitude with the ability to work unsupervised.
- Positive attitude and the ability to build relationships with Prospect Leads.
- Creative thinker and has passion for Marketing and Branding.
Responsibilities
- Curating a winning job description for the Manpower Request.
- Posting job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms.
- Creating and monitoring a wide variety of email marketing campaigns.
- Coordinating with Marketing Team and 3rd Party partners in the creation of posters and branded ads.
- Assisting in the planning and implementation of TA Sourcing engagement activities.
- Responding and assisting to potential leads queries via email, live chat, phone, and social media channels.
- Collaborating & coordinating with the Sourcing Pre-screening Team & Recruitment Team.
- Assisting in the creation and implementation of recruitment strategies.
- Actively source new recruitment opportunities.
