  • Respond to customer and vendor inquiries Via Text, Call, Tickets, and emails
  • Handle escalated customer support concerns
  • Work cross functionally where appropriate to solve any and all customer issues from billing to technical
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based approach to educate and support clients
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to delighting customers
