Requirements
- Proficient level of English (written and spoken).
- Experience working with Pipedrive CRM administration or development.
- Experience with API integrations and REST APIs.
- Experience with workflow automation and CRM customization.
- Ability to manage data migrations and data cleaning.
- Experience integrating Pipedrive with Zapier, Make (Integromat), or similar automation tools.
- Familiarity with JavaScript, Python, or similar scripting languages.
- Experience integrating CRMs with ERP systems, marketing platforms, or lead generation tools.
- Experience building sales dashboards and reporting systems.
- Ability to work in alignment with U.S. Eastern Time for at least four hours.
Responsibilities
- Design and build custom pipelines, deal stages, and fields that align with our unique sales process.
- Develop, test, and maintain custom integrations between Pipedrive and external tools using the Pipedrive API.
- Create and manage advanced Workflow Automations to eliminate manual tasks.
- Perform regular data audits, deduplication, and standardization.
- Build custom dashboards and advanced reports to provide actionable insights.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting system errors and managing production support tickets.
