  • Comfortable engaging with engineers, procurement, and senior leaders
  • Experience in tech, industrial, water treatment, pharma, or security sectors
  • Self-sufficient and organized
  • Ability to build business cases, pricing strategies, and close high-value deals
  • Fluent in German & English
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Germany

Responsibilities

  • Win new accounts with hyperscalers, colocation providers, and large operators
  • Scale existing wins across sites and countries
  • Engage corporate stakeholders including Procurement, Engineering, and Operations
  • Lead complex technical and commercial sales cycles
  • Drive speed-to-revenue and measurable customer value
