Responsibilities
- Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities
- Build and manage client relationships
- Manage daily operations of the business development division
- Handle communication with internal staff and merchant representatives
- Evaluate merchant qualifications and communicate decisions
- Consult clients on guidelines, SOPs, and processes
- Negotiate and produce revised offers
- Manage broker relationships including onboarding and restricting
