Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business.
- 15+ years of experience in Lean operating/management systems, continuous improvement, manufacturing, engineering, or transactional process improvement.
- Proven experience implementing major Lean systems (e.g., Toyota, Danaher, Honeywell).
- Proven track record of delivering breakthrough results.
- Strong communication, teamwork, leadership, and influencing skills.
- Ability to effectively lead remote teams.
- Ability to travel at least 50% of the time to product line factories for Kaizens and strategic workshops.
- Ability to influence leadership teams to drive transformational change.
Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional leadership to develop and operationalize strategy deployment.
- Facilitate development of breakthrough objectives, KPIs, and Kaizen plans.
- Lead ITM System implementation to drive waste elimination and process maturity.
- Monitor ITM System maturity results and drive improvements across factories.
- Lead process improvement and partner with teams to drive productivity.
- Create and manage cost-out and productivity projects to achieve business targets.
- Train and coach team members on ITM System tools and Lean methods.
- Develop an effective management operating system and team of ITM professionals.
