Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, project management, facilities management, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in program management, operations, facilities, real estate, or a related enterprise function.
- Strong experience coordinating multiple initiatives or workstreams in a matrixed environment.
- Demonstrated success with change management.
- Ability to synthesize complex information and communicate effectively with senior leaders.
- Proficiency with project/program management tools, reporting dashboards, and data analysis.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to operate strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities.
Responsibilities
- Provide centralized coordination across Facilities initiatives including M&A onboarding and real estate projects.
- Support planning and execution of multi-workstream Facilities programs.
- Track interdependencies across projects and identify constraints.
- Develop and maintain Facilities dashboards and executive-level summaries.
- Identify and monitor program-level risks and issues.
- Support change management efforts.
- Perform resource forecasting, workload modeling, and capacity planning.
- Analyze demand trends related to M&A volume and operational projects.
- Develop standardized Facilities processes and service catalogs.
- Improve efficiency, scalability, and consistency across Facilities operations.
