Requirements

  • 4+ years in sales enablement, sales training, or quota-carrying B2B sales.
  • Experience selling or enabling technical products in cybersecurity, SaaS, or B2B tech.
  • Proven track record of building training programs that improved performance.
  • Strong facilitation and coaching skills.
  • Fluency in modern sales methodologies like MEDDICC, Command of the Message, or Challenger.
  • Comfort with enablement tooling (LMS, Gong, Salesforce).
  • Excellent communication and content-creation skills.
  • Self-starter mindset suitable for a fast-scaling environment.

Responsibilities

  • Build and run sales onboarding for SDRs, AEs, and sales engineers.
  • Lead recurring live and virtual training on sales methodology, discovery, and demo skills.
  • Conduct call reviews, role-plays, and 1:1 coaching.
  • Partner with product marketing to articulate AI-native MDR value.
  • Maintain playbooks, talk tracks, and certification paths in enablement tools.
  • Embed and reinforce sales frameworks like MEDDICC or Command of the Message.
  • Track ramp time, pipeline impact, and win-rates.
  • Refine training programs based on feedback and product updates.
