Requirements
- 7+ years of repeated project success
- Experience leading consulting engagements from discovery to production
- Proficiency in Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Ruby, Scala, R, SQL, and Go
- Experience building or integrating AI/ML-powered features
- Expertise in automated testing, debugging, and refactoring
- Collaborative experience with Git, MacOS/Linux, and CI/CD
- Strong skills in architecture-level scalability, security, and reliability
- Experience with MLOps, LangChain, Databricks, and Infrastructure as Code
Responsibilities
- Make immediate contributions to projects and build client trust
- Lead architecture and software design discussions
- Collaborate on full ML lifecycle from data ingestion to monitoring
- Manage high-level project roadmaps for large engagements
- Maintain relationships with client technical leaders
- Mitigate and resolve team blockers
- Mentor colleagues and lead internal workshops
