Requirements

- Comfortable working remotely and during night shifts.
Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to partner stores to follow up on recent interactions, orders, or concerns.
- Deliver excellent customer service by addressing store inquiries.
- Act as a liaison between stores and internal teams.
- Collect and document store feedback.
- Accurately record and update call outcomes in the CRM system.
- Generate regular reports summarizing feedback and trends.
- Identify opportunities to optimize the follow-up process.
