Responsibilities

  • Initiate outbound calls to partner stores to follow up on recent interactions, orders, or concerns.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by addressing store inquiries.
  • Act as a liaison between stores and internal teams.
  • Collect and document store feedback.
  • Accurately record and update call outcomes in the CRM system.
  • Generate regular reports summarizing feedback and trends.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize the follow-up process.
