Requirements

Working knowledge of SBA program requirements, governance, and compliance.
Familiarity with CDFI Fund requirements and U.S. Treasury CDFI certification.
Background in mission-based lending and small business capital access.
Understanding of underserved or minority-owned business communities.
Experience within the California and Southwest nonprofit and lending landscape.
Ability to operate as a senior consultant, former executive, or regulatory strategist.
