Requirements
- 4–8+ years of FP&A, accounting, or finance operations experience.
- Strong NetSuite experience (data extraction, reporting structure, account mapping).
- Experience working with multi-entity or multi-location financial data.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Experience supporting bottoms-up budgeting processes.
Responsibilities
- Extract, validate, and reconcile historical financial data from NetSuite.
- Ensure consistency between NetSuite reporting structure and budget framework.
- Standardize financial data across departments and locations.
- Reconcile all consolidated data back to NetSuite architecture.
- Build and manage budget input templates for department leaders.
- Consolidate submitted inputs into a standardized format for the core model.
- Track and manage input submissions across departments.
- Support iteration cycles by updating and consolidating revised inputs.
