- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email customization
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
Responsibilities
- Create, schedule, and manage email campaigns using Klaviyo
- Build and optimize automated email flows including Welcome, Abandoned Cart, and Win-Back
- Segment customer lists for targeted marketing
- Design and format email templates following brand guidelines
- Conduct A/B testing to improve conversion metrics
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights
- Maintain email list hygiene and compliance
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams on marketing strategies
