  • 5+ years of experience in contact center platform operations, architecture, or technical program management
  • Deep hands-on knowledge of Genesys Cloud CX (Architect, ACD routing, queue management, administration)
  • Track record of holding SIs or MSPs accountable
  • Strong solution architecture skills in integration patterns and governance frameworks
  • Experience leading complex, multi-workstream technical programs
  • Ability to move fluidly between technical design and communication with stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Own the solution architecture for Genesys Cloud CX
  • Review significant architectural decisions by Systems Implementer and Managed Services Provider
  • Lead complex Genesys initiatives and AI platform integrations
  • Manage Genesys vendor relationship, contracts, and SLAs
  • Measure utilization and feature adoption to drive continuous improvement
  • Participate in CAB governance as the technical authority
  • Build institutional knowledge through documentation and architecture decision records
