- Strong engineering background with experience in anti-cheat engine design or integration.
- Proven knowledge of account security systems and video game account management.
- Familiarity with SaaS management, third-party integrations, and external frontline operations.
- Demonstrated use of AI to enhance productivity and decision-making.
- Experience designing and executing multifaceted and scalable safety programs.
- Deep understanding of fraud prevention techniques and moderation tools.
- Background in gaming, online platforms, or consumer technology environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary Trust & Safety organization.
- Oversee the design, integration, and improvement of anti-cheat systems.
- Develop strategies and technologies to prevent account theft and unauthorized access.
- Manage strategic relationships with SaaS and security providers and merchants of record.
- Define and optimize moderation, fraud detection, and player safety processes.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Operations teams.
- Operate proactively to identify emerging risks and drive business outcomes.
