Requirements
- 5+ years of experience within an Analytics, Data Science, Operations, Product, or Engineering function
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or related technical field
- Experience working with health plans, healthcare analytics, payer and health-system-facing reporting
- Advanced technical expertise with modern data stacks (i.e. SQL, dbt, Airflow, etc.)
- Advanced expertise with data visualization tools (i.e. Looker, Tableau, Hex, etc.)
- Experience operating as a highly collaborative cross-functional partner
- Ability to influence strategy and proactively anticipate cross-functional needs
Responsibilities
- Design reliable reporting systems for largest partners
- Directly present easy-to-understand insights to external stakeholders
- Apply technical skills to automate foundational reports
- Dive into deeper trends around care and operational success
- Act as a customer-facing guide at the crossroads of data and relationships
- Influence how partners experience the value Rula brings
