- Meaningful exposure to fintech, payments, or technical infrastructure.
- Proven track record of delivering under complexity.
- Technically fluent: comfortable reasoning about APIs, asynchronous systems, and external integrations.
- System-aware: experience working on infrastructure with real financial consequences.
- Clear communicator capable of bridging engineering and business.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and evolving context.
- AI-native: active user of AI tools for specs, analysis, and decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end product execution for Crypto Core (prioritization, scoping, delivery, quality).
- Coordinate with custody and infrastructure providers to maintain platform reliability.
- Drive cross-squad alignment with transaction orchestration and financial reconciliation teams.
- Translate operational and technical signals (incidents, failures, edge cases) into clear product actions.
- Surface system risks, inconsistencies, and gaps proactively.
- Keep engineering focused on high-impact, system-relevant problems.
- Use AI tools consistently to raise the quality and speed of output.
