Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
- Strong technical foundation with professional experience.
- Hands-on experience as a data scientist, ML engineer, or software engineer.
- Experience working on complex, cross-functional technical problems.
- Advanced English fluency (written and spoken).
- Python proficiency (ability to read and discuss implementation).
- SQL proficiency (ability to run independent data investigations).
- Deep knowledge of MLOps, model training, evaluation, drift detection, and CI/CD for ML.
Responsibilities
- Set vision and roadmap for the machine learning platform domain.
- Define standards, contracts, and shared tooling for scalable ML adoption.
- Partner with technical teams to identify workflow bottlenecks.
- Deliver capabilities like templates, CLIs, and standardized workflows.
- Advance platform features including feature governance, training-serving parity, and model release standards.
- Improve and standardize model deployment from development to production.
- Drive adoption of shared platform components across teams.
