Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in O2C collections, revenue recognition, and case management.
  • Degree in Finance (BCOM/MCOM/BBA/MBA) preferred.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency.
  • Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce preferred.
  • Familiarity with systems like Maxio, Sage Intacct, SAP, Oracle, Ariba, or Coupa is a plus.
  • Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work NY or EST shift hours (2 PM to 11 PM IST).
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain Billing & Collections email queue within 24-hour SLA.
  • Handle client vendor onboarding, including validating records and tax documentation.
  • Resubmit invoices through billing systems or vendor portals as needed.
  • Manage and resolve client billing inquiries and escalations.
  • Review and audit sales orders and invoices for accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain AR records, aging, and perform account reconciliations.
  • Support monthly close process with ad hoc finance requests.
  • Interface with sales and customer delivery teams to resolve invoicing issues.
