Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in O2C collections, revenue recognition, and case management.
- Degree in Finance (BCOM/MCOM/BBA/MBA) preferred.
- Advanced Excel proficiency.
- Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce preferred.
- Familiarity with systems like Maxio, Sage Intacct, SAP, Oracle, Ariba, or Coupa is a plus.
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work NY or EST shift hours (2 PM to 11 PM IST).
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain Billing & Collections email queue within 24-hour SLA.
- Handle client vendor onboarding, including validating records and tax documentation.
- Resubmit invoices through billing systems or vendor portals as needed.
- Manage and resolve client billing inquiries and escalations.
- Review and audit sales orders and invoices for accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain AR records, aging, and perform account reconciliations.
- Support monthly close process with ad hoc finance requests.
- Interface with sales and customer delivery teams to resolve invoicing issues.
