Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in a client-facing role with Enterprise clients.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong project management experience.
- Expertise in change management, communication strategies, risk management, and coaching.
- Experience managing stakeholders across cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical aptitude with CRM and project management tools.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage the trial of Samsara technology for enterprise prospects, developing tailored trial plans.
- Lead value-based conversations to establish success criteria and define project scope.
- Manage internal and external teams for end-to-end trial delivery.
- Act as a subject matter expert on change management, communication strategy, and risk mitigation.
- Build trial process collateral such as job aids and communication templates.
- Lead internal account team strategy sessions to unblock deals.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align resources.
- Communicate status updates and milestones to internal and external stakeholders.
