- 3-5 years of experience in Billings (OTC) and expense reporting
- Experience working with large data sets
- Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills (vlookups, pivot tables)
- Attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in pressure situations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Manage monthly billing reconciliation for all lines of business
- Create invoices as per client agreement/requirement
- Coordinate between Operations, Account Management, and Collections teams
- Assist with month-end close activities and revenue estimates
- Prepare documentation to support audit needs
- Review employee expense reports for compliance
- Perform monthly expense analysis and reporting
