  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills
  • Experience writing across multiple formats, including advertising, email, web, and video scripts
  • Strong understanding of consumer psychology and persuasive communication
  • A portfolio showcasing high-quality copywriting work
  • Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment
  • Self-starter who takes ownership, embraces feedback, and thrives in high-growth teams

Responsibilities

  • Write compelling copy across paid advertising, email, web, landing pages, retail, and promotional campaigns
  • Develop headlines, hooks, scripts, product messaging, and campaign concepts that drive engagement and conversion
  • Partner with Creative Strategy, Design, and Growth teams to bring campaigns and creative concepts to life
  • Support product launches, promotions, and retail initiatives with customer-facing messaging
  • Refine copy based on performance insights, customer feedback, and creative learnings
  • Help maintain and evolve the Mars Men brand voice across all channels
