Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack or Backend Developer, with strong Python expertise.
- Solid understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.
- Experience building RESTful APIs and working with backend architectures and server-side development.
- Familiarity with SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB or similar).
- Strong knowledge of Git and collaborative development workflows.
- Understanding of software design principles, data structures, and design patterns.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and web applications using Python and modern frameworks.
- Build and integrate RESTful and GraphQL APIs to support seamless communication between systems and frontend applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following engineering best practices and design principles.
- Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms such as OAuth, JWT, and API key-based security.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure application reliability, performance, and security.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize existing systems to improve scalability and efficiency.
- Contribute to code reviews and support mentoring of junior developers when needed.
