- Backend systems development experience.
- Proficiency with REST and async APIs.

- Experience with message queues and workers.
- Strong service-to-service integration skills.
- Ability to break down ambiguous technical problems into risk-aware iterations.
- Clear, concise communication skills.
- Self-awareness regarding technical skills and experience levels.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend systems for partner and client APIs.
- Manage WhatsApp channel lifecycle, billing, and system integrations.
- Own product domains and shape system architecture.
- Track development from code commit through to production deployment.
- Ensure service correctness, observability, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with a small, experienced team on core platform services.
