Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise software, professional services, solution consulting, sales engineering, or customer-facing go-to-market roles.
  • Proven ability to sell, scope, or deliver enterprise software services, particularly in automation, AI, or complex implementation environments.
  • Strong understanding of professional services organizations and how they contribute to revenue growth and customer success in enterprise software companies.
  • Experience building repeatable services offerings, defining value propositions, and refining delivery models based on customer outcomes.
  • Deep familiarity with automation, AI, or agentic technologies and their application in enterprise business transformation.
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to partner effectively with sales and influence deal strategy.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience working with financial services clients or within regulated industries is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Drive go-to-market execution for professional services offerings, partnering with sales teams to position, scope, and sell services across enterprise finance customers.
  • Support the creation and refinement of scalable, repeatable services packages, including both time-and-materials and fixed-fee models.
  • Collaborate with sales and solution teams early in the deal cycle to define scope, resource requirements, delivery approach, and commercial structure.
  • Contribute to customer business case development by articulating automation value, ROI, and operational impact through process analysis and solution framing.
  • Work closely with delivery partners and internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding, alignment, and execution of services engagements.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to internal GTM stakeholders, helping shape positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation for services offerings.
  • Support industry alignment by tailoring services strategies and offerings to the specific needs of financial services clients.
