Requirements
- 15+ years demonstrated experience directly managing, leading and building a Professional Services business in enterprise technology, data or AI platform
- 10+ years demonstrated experience building, growing, and scaling services teams and books of business
- 10+ years of contract development and successful negotiation of professional services commercials
- Proven experience building and leading a team of 10+ people
- Demonstrated experience with a subscription-based business model, delivering on-premises and SaaS solutions
- Demonstrated success improving quality, reliability, efficiency, and repeatability of services offerings
- Experience managing technical, cross-functional professional services teams and delivery partners
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with a customer-first approach
- Ability to travel up to 30%
Responsibilities
- Lead and drive the proactive positioning of CX services offerings and solutions in partnership with EDB Sales
- Support customers in achieving their desired outcomes with EDB products and services
- Collaborate and leverage EDB PS to scope technical specifications, develop proposals, and price professional services solutions
- Partner with EDB Sales to manage the commercial contracting of EDB CX services
- Lead CX business initiatives and partner with EDB Sales to improve service attach and revenue targets
- Nurture and support regional partner strategy and ecosystem
- Negotiate commercial terms with Customers and Partners for PS
- Own operational and success metrics including time-to-value, customer satisfaction, and project completion
- Manage professional services financial goals including bookings, revenue, gross margin, and utilization
- Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to services team members
