Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Product Management within B2B SaaS environments.
  • Proven experience leading 0-to-1 product initiatives, with a strong track record in product discovery, experimentation, and validation.
  • Deep understanding of customer research methodologies, including interviews, hypothesis testing, MVP development, and iterative learning processes.
  • Strong knowledge of AI technologies, large language models, agentic systems, and emerging autonomous product capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in fast-moving and uncertain environments.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with experience leveraging both qualitative and quantitative insights to drive product decisions.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership, resilience, adaptability, and a bias toward action.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively, manage competing opportunities, and deliver results with limited structure or predefined processes.
  • Experience within travel technology, hospitality technology, hotel operations, booking systems, distribution platforms, channel management, or related industries is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align diverse teams around product goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end product discovery initiatives, identifying customer problems, validating assumptions, and determining product-market fit through rapid experimentation.
  • Conduct customer interviews, market research, and behavioral analysis to uncover opportunities within hospitality operations, guest experiences, and revenue growth.
  • Design and test MVPs, prototypes, and product concepts, using data and customer feedback to guide product direction and prioritization.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and leadership teams to translate insights into innovative product solutions and scalable features.
  • Explore the capabilities and limitations of large language models and AI-driven systems, identifying opportunities to create trusted and effective autonomous experiences.
  • Define success metrics, analyze product performance, and continuously iterate based on real-world user behavior and business outcomes.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment around product vision, strategy, and execution while maintaining a strong focus on speed, learning, and measurable impact.
  • Contribute to the development of next-generation hospitality technology solutions that improve operational efficiency and customer engagement.
