Requirements
- 2+ years of lead or management experience.
- 4+ years of experience building React web applications.
- 4+ years of experience working with databases (MySQL, SQL Server).
- 4+ years of experience coding in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with Atlassian Jira (workflow management, automation, reporting).
- Serverless experience with AWS (API Gateway, Lambda).
- Experience with browser compatibility and mobile-friendly standards.
- Familiarity with Bitbucket.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work autonomously.
- Professional communication and collaborative mindset.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, guide, coach, and mentor developers to meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with engineering leadership to document issues and align on business objectives.
- Manage Jira workflows, reporting, and team project alignment.
- Oversee task boards, backlogs, and workload planning while clearing impediments.
- Advocate for best practices, automation, and new technology implementation.
- Drive cross-functional communication and inter-team collaboration.
- Set team goals tied to OKRs and monitor KPIs.
