Requirements
- 10+ years of total ERP engineering experience.
- 7+ years of technical expertise architecting and developing in Oracle Fusion Cloud.
- Deep expertise in Oracle Order Management, Subscription Management, RMCS, FAH, AR, and General Ledger.
- Experience designing scalable solutions for high-volume transactional environments.
- Strong SQL/PL-SQL skills and proficiency with OTBI, BI Publisher, and BICC.
- Mastery of enterprise integration tools (OIC, Boomi, or API gateways).
- Proven track record of 2+ end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementations.
- Background in compliance-driven environments (SOX, GDPR, CCPA).
- Experience with version control systems (.git).
Responsibilities
- Act as the principal technical architect for Oracle Fusion Cloud, leading end-to-end implementation and engineering projects.
- Design and optimize end-to-end processes across Oracle Order Management, Subscription Management, RMCS, AR, Collections, FAH, and General Ledger.
- Define transaction architecture for usage-based billing, including metering inputs, rating, and billing sync.
- Translate accounting policy into system design for ASC 606 / IFRS 15 scenarios.
- Architect robust integrations between Oracle Fusion and boundary systems like CRM, middleware, and tax engines.
- Serve as design authority during fit-gap, build, SIT, UAT, and hypercare phases.
- Establish and enforce development standards for Oracle extensions and reports.
- Provide technical mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers.
