Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in ERP development.
- 7+ years of dedicated technical expertise in NetSuite development and SuiteScript architecture.
- Deep expertise in NetSuite FAM, GL, Accounts Payable, Cash Management, and Intercompany transactions.
- Expert-level proficiency with SuiteCloud, SuiteScript 2.0/2.1, SuiteBuilder, SuiteTalk, and SuiteBundler.
- Experience with Object-Oriented Programming languages like Java or Python.
- Experience with middleware solutions (e.g., Celigo, Boomi, Workato).
- Strong SQL skills and mastery of Git and SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF).
- Strong background in compliance-driven environments (SOX, GDPR).
- Experience implementing AI-driven solutions in ERP systems.
- Preferred: Oracle NetSuite Certified ERP Consultant & SuiteCloud Developer certification.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex NetSuite engineering projects, establishing architectural designs while actively writing SuiteScript.
- Develop, customize, and optimize NetSuite modules focusing on FAM, GL, Intercompany, and Payables.
- Architect, build, and maintain integrations between NetSuite and procurement ecosystem, specifically Coupa.
- Streamline accounting and supply chain operations using SuiteFlow and SuiteScript 2.0/2.1.
- Ensure platform security and SOX compliance via RBAC and data security policies.
- Partner with Enterprise Product Managers, Data Platforms, and Sourcing teams.
- Enforce coding standards and conduct peer code reviews.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers.
- Manage NetSuite bi-annual releases and evaluate new features.
- Build and mature NetSuite-SDF and GitHub-based CI/CD pipelines.
