Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 6+ years of experience in data engineering
- Experience building and supporting large scale streaming and batch data pipelines
- Strong software engineering mindset (source control, IaC, CI/CD, automation)
- Proficiency in Python and SQL
- Experience with Snowflake, Postgres, DBT, Airflow, Docker, Kubernetes, and Kafka
- Knowledge of modern data platform components (ingestion, transformation, quality, governance)
- Knowledge of data modeling techniques (3NF, Dimensional, Vault)
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
Responsibilities
- Build and support data pipelines handling volume and complexity
- Ensure scale, accuracy, availability, observability, security, and performance
- Develop and maintain data warehouse tables, views, and models
- Own and lead workstreams and drive results
- Contribute to the data platform architecture and engineering capabilities
- Troubleshoot production issues and participate in on-call rotations
- Identify and implement improvements to engineering processes
