Responsibilities

- Deliver machine learning models to support decision-making (e.g., underwriting, behavior, propensity).
- Deploy models into production and monitor performance, reliability, and business metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions.
- Prioritize deliverables focused on results like profitability, delinquency, retention, and conversion.
- Provide technical leadership on high-impact projects.
- Work end-to-end from prototyping to production instrumentation and automated testing.
