Requirements
- 4-8 years of experience in software engineering.
- Proficiency in one reactive JavaScript framework (Angular, React, or Vue).
- Proficiency with backend development (Go, NodeJS, or Python; Go preferred).
- Proficiency in PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools.
- Experience with high-performance SaaS solutions using microservices and serverless.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Drive the design, implementation, and maintenance of APIs and microservices.
- Develop full stack applications using Angular and Go.
- Optimize cloud infrastructure for efficient scaling.
- Mentor fellow software engineers and conduct code reviews.
- Incorporate generative AI into agency management software.
- Evaluate priorities, options, and tradeoffs to inform development choices.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive unit and integration tests.
