Requirements
- Strong software engineering fundamentals
- Deep hands-on experience with AI coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, Devin)
- Experience writing effective agent documentation, custom instructions, or context files
- Track record of building developer tools or infrastructure
- Comfortable working across the stack (CI/CD, cloud, tools, app code)
- Experience with MCP servers or similar agent-tooling integrations (nice to have)
- Background in developer productivity, platform engineering, or DX (nice to have)
- Experience with TypeScript/JavaScript monorepos, Go, GraphQL (nice to have)
- Experience setting up sandboxed or containerized dev environments (nice to have)
Responsibilities
- Own the agentic development environment
- Build MCP server integrations connecting agents to internal systems
- Own repo-wide agents.md documentation and agent guidance library
- Enable engineers by resolving AI-related tooling and documentation gaps
- Serve as PM for internal AI agents to drive state-of-the-art productivity
