- Ability to provide and receive direct feedback
Responsibilities
- Manage client relationship from end-to-end
- Orchestrate production in partnership with Strategist and Specialist
- Anticipate project needs and prioritize tasks
- Analyze retention data and formulate performance hypotheses
- Identify and present upsell opportunities to clients
- Ensure client retention as the primary KPI
