Responsibilities

  • Drive commercial growth by sourcing and developing high-quality supply through sellers, partnerships and market outreach
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline, converting leads into active, high-performing auctions
  • Identify and act on growth opportunities across markets, subcategories and supply types
  • Own auction performance by steering planning, forecasting and KPI follow-up
  • Optimise auctions for quality, pricing, conversion and overall commercial results
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to increase visibility, engagement and seller success
  • Translate category strategy into clear actions, supporting experts and improving execution
