Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience.
- At least 2 years focused on enterprise or B2B SaaS products.
- Proven track record of building enterprise-grade product capabilities (SSO/SAML, data residency, RBAC, audit logging, API integrations).
- Experience navigating long enterprise sales cycles.
- Deep understanding of enterprise procurement, security, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication skills with C-suite stakeholders and technical teams.
- Skilled at leveraging data and customer insight for prioritization.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally in an agile environment.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the enterprise product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Collaborate with engineering and design to build enterprise-grade features including admin controls, permissions, workflows, data residency, and integrations.
- Develop a deep understanding of enterprise buyer and user personas.
- Partner closely with enterprise sales, forward deployed engineering, and customer success to support complex deal cycles.
- Manage and prioritize Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) engagements.
- Define and own enterprise-specific success metrics including adoption, retention, and expansion revenue.
- Manage enterprise customer feedback loops, including executive business reviews and beta programs.
