- Strong portfolio reflecting brand sensibility and visual design skills.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Canva, or Adobe Suite.
- Deep hands-on expertise with AI content tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini.
- Expertise in prompt engineering and training AI models on brand voice.
- Systems-first mindset for building repeatable workflows and automation.
- Experience using automation tools like Zapier or Make.
- Strong creative judgment and team enablement skills.
- Experience managing external creative contractors or agencies.
- Experience briefing and QA-ing creative output for brand consistency.
Responsibilities
- Design and refine AI-powered content workflows across multiple formats.
- Maintain brand training materials, prompt libraries, and style guides.
- Evaluate, onboard, and optimize AI content tools.
- Build self-service templates and workflows for the team.
- Own and document Evolve brand voice, tone, and visual standards.
- Manage internal content toolkit, playbooks, and asset libraries.
- Perform quality assurance on contractor and AI-generated content.
- Produce high-quality brand content including visual design and copy.
- Manage and brief external creative contractors and agencies.
