Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of program management experience in a supply chain, fulfillment, warehouse operations, or related distribution/logistics field.
- Experience managing large-scale capital programs/projects ($5M+) including vendor contracts and equipment procurement.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects with simultaneous workstreams across Operations, IT, Finance, and external partners.
Responsibilities
- Lead project planning and execution for large-scale fulfillment center buildouts, including greenfield facility launches and FC moves.
- Own end-to-end coordination of automation system deployments (goods-to-person, conveyor/sortation, WMS integration).
- Define project scope, milestones, resource requirements, and success metrics.
- Partner with internal teams (Operations, Supply Chain, IT, Finance, HR) to align project objectives.
- Partner with Operations, Finance, and Real Estate to develop and maintain capital and labor models.
- Manage vendor relationships and deliverables across automation, construction, and equipment partners.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project status, risks, and decisions.
- Identify and mitigate project risks.
- Conduct post-launch performance reviews to validate throughput, labor, and cost assumptions.
- Develop and maintain operational and financial models.
