Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in program or project management for enterprise SaaS clients.
- Understanding of AI technologies and conversational AI deployment.
- Knowledge of Consumer Customer Service best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- PMP or similar certification is highly desirable.
- Ability to communicate technical AI concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
- Proven experience building project delivery methodologies and processes.
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple enterprise-level projects from initiation through delivery and optimization.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key client stakeholders.
- Develop workshops to define user stories and technical requirements for AI assistants.
- Provide strategic recommendations on product capabilities for customer service.
- Manage dependencies, resources, and change orders.
- Coordinate internal services team members and cross-functional departments.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Lead steering committee meetings and provide regular status reporting.
- Track project performance metrics and prepare status dashboards.
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success for seamless handovers.
