Requirements
- Experience in a product IT company with measurable business impact.
- Experience owning content performance rather than just creation.
- Hands-on experience with SEO, GEO, analytics, experimentation, and optimization.
- Ability to demonstrate specific content influence on traffic, conversion, and retention.
- Advanced proficiency in AI workflows (e.g., Claude, agents, MCP integrations, Claude Code).
- Technical familiarity with HTML semantics, structured data, and AI-search visibility.
- Experience diagnosing and fixing LLM interpretation issues with content.
- Ability to build systems and processes independently.
- Strong ownership and accountability mindset.
Responsibilities
- Plan and own the content funnel from traffic acquisition through conversion to sustained results.
- Create, publish, measure, and improve content across landing pages, product pages, articles, tutorials, comparison pages, and email campaigns.
- Source content directly from internal product, development, and support teams.
- Use SEO, GEO, analytics, and AI-search visibility to guide decisions.
- Identify performance bottlenecks, run experiments, and improve outcomes.
- Build repeatable systems for content production and measurement.
- Take ownership of business results generated by content.
