Requirements
- Experience delivering software system training or onboarding for end users.
- Ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Experience creating user-focused learning or implementation materials.
- Strong problem-solving skills and calm, structured approach to troubleshooting.
- Comfort handling sensitive information in line with GDPR.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
- Experience with SaaS products and customer implementations (desirable).
- Familiarity with agile or digital transformation projects (desirable).
- Experience using tools such as Zendesk or Monday.com (desirable).
Responsibilities
- Lead customers through onboarding and implementation, from early discovery through to launch.
- Capture functional requirements and existing processes.
- Configure systems to support customer needs.
- Support customers through change management.
- Design and maintain clear learning and implementation resources (guides, walkthroughs, SOPs).
- Deliver tailored training sessions focused on outcomes.
- Work with internal teams (engineering/product) to surface insights and improve products.
- Triage and respond to support requests within the Customer Success Team.
