Requirements

  • Experience delivering software system training or onboarding for end users.
  • Ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Strong written and spoken English.
  • Experience creating user-focused learning or implementation materials.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and calm, structured approach to troubleshooting.
  • Comfort handling sensitive information in line with GDPR.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
  • Experience with SaaS products and customer implementations (desirable).
  • Familiarity with agile or digital transformation projects (desirable).
  • Experience using tools such as Zendesk or Monday.com (desirable).

Responsibilities

  • Lead customers through onboarding and implementation, from early discovery through to launch.
  • Capture functional requirements and existing processes.
  • Configure systems to support customer needs.
  • Support customers through change management.
  • Design and maintain clear learning and implementation resources (guides, walkthroughs, SOPs).
  • Deliver tailored training sessions focused on outcomes.
  • Work with internal teams (engineering/product) to surface insights and improve products.
  • Triage and respond to support requests within the Customer Success Team.
