Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, digital campaigns, or client-facing marketing roles, ideally within hospitality, SaaS, or service-based industries.
  • Proven experience managing multi-channel campaigns with strong understanding of email marketing, SMS marketing, and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong content creation skills with the ability to write compelling copy for digital campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign performance data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence in client-facing advisory and training responsibilities.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities, capable of managing multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience with marketing platforms (Campaign Monitor or similar), segmentation, automation workflows, and reporting tools is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute tailored, multi-channel marketing strategies (email, SMS, social, and digital) aligned with client goals, audience segments, and seasonal golf operations.
  • Create engaging, on-brand campaign content and manage end-to-end execution, including automation workflows, segmentation, and performance optimization.
  • Conduct regular client reviews, provide strategic recommendations, and act as a trusted marketing advisor to improve engagement, retention, and revenue outcomes.
  • Manage and support email and SMS platform operations, including onboarding, training sessions, account setup, template creation, and automation journey configuration.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics, generate insights, and continuously optimize campaigns and subscriber growth strategies.
  • Develop educational materials (guides, FAQs, tutorials) and support client enablement to improve platform adoption and self-sufficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance managed marketing offerings, improve processes, and ensure alignment across client success initiatives.
