- 8+ years of product management experience
- 3+ years owning activation, engagement, and retention
- Experience in B2C fintech, subscription, or consumer marketplace
- Strong experimentation and funnel optimization skills
- Experience with analytics tools such as Amplitude and Mode
- Deep understanding of mobile product development and monetization
- Strong business judgment and customer empathy
- Bonus: Experience in earned wage access, lending, or regulated financial products
Responsibilities
- Own product strategy for subscription activation, upgrades, and retention
- Optimize in-product user journeys to maximize conversion
- Identify and validate growth opportunities through rapid A/B testing
- Partner with Marketing and Partnerships for acquisition and lifecycle integration
- Improve retention through personalized offers and feature adoption strategies
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers
- Ensure strategies align with regulatory requirements and mission
