Requirements
- 10–15 years of SaaS product management experience
- 3–5+ years in senior leadership roles managing product teams
- Experience defining and executing portfolio-level product strategy in B2B or B2G environments
- Background in pricing strategy, product positioning, and competitive market analysis
- Experience building and presenting executive-level strategy to C-suite stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills with ability to define KPIs and build business cases
- Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience leading, developing, and scaling high-performing product organizations
- Familiarity with integrating AI capabilities into product strategy
Responsibilities
- Define and own the multi-year product strategy for the Policy product portfolio.
- Lead competitive analysis, customer research, and market segmentation.
- Develop product positioning, messaging, and pricing strategies.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of product managers and technical product owners.
- Establish standards for product management practices.
- Own portfolio roadmap prioritization.
- Oversee product development processes including alpha/beta programs and KPI tracking.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, engineering, and customer success.
- Build business cases for new product investments and evaluate ROI.
